Hello! My name is Aljaž Gajšek – welcome to my website.

Creativity has been a part of my life since childhood. It all started with drawing and martial arts, which I see as a form of art – almost like dancing. Later, following in my father's footsteps, I stepped into the world of automotive mechanics, where I developed a strong interest in technology. At first, I wanted to combine art and engineering through airbrush designs on cars, but because I'm a dynamic person, my journey eventually led me to photography.

My love for animals inspired me to begin photographing them. Wild animals and pets remain my favorite subjects, but I also work in sport, portrait and documentary photography.

I'm currently studying to become a photography engineer at the Srečko Kosovel Vocational College in Sežana. I am precise and resourceful – qualities that define me as a photographer. Through my lens, I aim to make a meaningful contribution to society. My goal is not only to preserve memories and moments or enrich our living spaces, but to make a lasting impression on people, help with wildlife and nature conservation and point at problems that are surrounding us.
